NIMJ’s The Orders Project, founded in 2020, published this guide help advocates for servicemembers, and their reps, to sort out their options concerning illegal orders. MLTF is thrilled to include it in our set of resources on the issue.
The Military Law Task Force urges anyone who is deployed or might be facing a future deployment or order or is facing court-martial for refusing an illegal order to call us to discuss your options, including a civilian attorney or counselor .
