The organizers of #JusticeForVanessaGuillen (#JusticiaforVanessa) has just sent out an education and action packet about a demonstration on July 21 in DC (and virtually everywhere) demanding justice for the Army soldier killed at Ft. Hood after being repeatedly sexually harassed.

MLTF supports the call for justice by this coalition of women veterans and servicewomen, and by her family, and encourages our members and supporters to attend the event and support her case.

The packet gives background information, how to support the campaign, and social media links, hashtags and graphics.

About Justicia for Vanessa, DC Day of Action

Justicia for Vanessa, DC Day of Action is a day dedicated to standing in solidarity with Vanessa Guillén’s family through four events: 1) a press conference with legislative and veteran speakers, 2) the delivery of over 4,000 signatures from a coalition sign-on letter to legislators,  3) a public rally: Justicia for Vanessa: Ni Una Mas, Not One More, and 4) a virtual rally for survivors outside of DC.

Fort Hood is still seeking more information from the public about what happened to Vanessa.
